A 1.5 hour art workshop for parent + teen! It is an open studio style workshop that supports positive connection, attunement, creative engagement and fun! There will be 3-4 art stations set up around the room for parents and their teens to explore. All supplies are provided.

$45 for parent + teen (can bring up to 2 teens 13-17)

Sometimes it can feel hard to relate to your teen. They are growing up in a different world, with different challenges and exposure to different things. This can lead to disconnection, isolation and strained relationships. One common interest amongst teens and parents is play and art. Teen Create is an environment where no one is the expert, rather both are participants. Its an opportunity for parents to model self-compassion and self-care. Its an opportunity for teens to show off their skills and creativity. It is a common ground from which to meet one another in order to engage in positive attention and connection.

Art stations vary each month but can include anything from clay to watercolor painting, spray paint to 3D wood sculptures. No matter what is available, it will be fun!
