Campers will learn about mind body connection by creating a personalized feeling scale and spend the camp making a calming jar, putty, essential oil roller and an affirmation portrait. We will also connect with nature and move our bodies!

Journaling is an amazing tool for self-expression, goal-setting, positivity and problem solving. This camp will set kids up for utilizing this practice throughout their lifetime!

Campers will learn how to make paper bag journals and book binding in addition to learning prompts and techniques for self-expression including collage, drawing and mixed media. We will work with recycled materials and event venture out to practice outdoor journaling - art in nature!

Design the house of your dreams with this unique create art camp at Heart Space using Ikea Flisat houses.

Campers will spend the week mapping their plans, creating beautiful spaces and constructing furniture for their custom house using everything from paint to cardboard to fabric.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • The camp is $395 and includes programming from 9-12pm, Monday through Thursday of the week of camp. Camp includes all materials, a snack and a Heart Space t-shirt!

    Payment Options:

    1. Pay in full the date of sign up.

    2. Deposit Option: pay a 50% non-refundable deposit ($197.50), the other 50% will be due by the first day of camp. Email Maddie for details: maddie@heartspacetherapy.org

  • Camps go from 9am until 12pm at Heart Space. A snack is provided so if your child has dietary needs, please let us know!

  • If you need to cancel, please let us know at least two weeks before the start of camp for a full refund. After that time, we can offer a 50% refund up to the first day of camp. No refunds will be provided after the camp begins.

  • Maddie is a trained Licensed and Marriage Therapist and has had experience working in a variety of settings which include group programming!

    These camps will be a ratio of 1:8 kids which ensures that each child gets their needs met and can make connections in the process!

    It is important to note, these camps are not therapy camps but rather opportunities for kids to engage in process art making while learning social emotional and creative development skills. Should your child require additional support during the camp, please inquire for goodness of fit!

  • Yes, we offer sibling discounts!
