Flourish: A Series for New Parents
A 7-week series focused on postpartum care, connection with other parents, and building your confidence.
This group is an opportunity for you to meet weekly with a cohort of parents, have coffee and a snack while connecting over shared experiences, and play with your baby in a supportive environment. Postpartum wellness topics will be discussed each week, addressing physical and mental health, relationships, self-care, and much more. This series will meet for 7 weeks at Heart Space Art Studio and finish with a group outing for parents and babies.
Group details:
● Ideal for parents of babies 0-6 months old
● A partner or support person is welcome to attend with you — their attendance is covered by your registration fee.
● Weekly Fridays from 10AM - 12PM on the following dates: September 13th-November 1st (skipping 10/18 due to MEA).

Amanda is a mother of 2, career educator, and co-owner of local business baby bonito. She believes that all families deserve postpartum care and community to thrive as parents.
Amanda’s groups are for anyone welcoming a new baby, whether it’s your first or fifth. She hopes to build your confidence as a parent, help you to exercise your intuition, and honor your unique postpartum experience. This will be her 3rd time running a group for new parents. She is passionate about inclusivity, connection and creating a safe space for everyone.

Pay-It-Forward: $295 *
$50 from your fee will directly support another parent to be able to register for the group. This creates more access to this opportunity for parents in all kinds of financial situations.
