Nourished New Year: A Yoga and Journaling Workshop
Give yourself the gift of nourishment and space just for you as we head into the new year. At a time when it is far too easy to become stressed, depleted, and overrun with obligations, this is your invitation to reconnect with your heart, release tension in your body, and create space to take care of you - so you can show up to whatever this season has in store for you feeling calm, grounded, and supported.
Through a combination of gentle flow yoga, deep rest, journaling and discussion time, you'll be able to relax and reset, fill up your inner well of energy, and get clear on how to take care of yourself in the year ahead. You'll leave feeling calmer, more centered in yourself and what matters to you, and with strategies to support you in moving into the new year with less stress and tension and more clarity, focus and ease.
All levels welcome, mats are provided but participants are welcome to bring a mat and any props for comfort!

Kate Marolt, E-RYT200, RYT500, is an embodiment coach, yoga teacher, and self-care enthusiast with 14 years of experience. She believes we are here to experience deep joy in our bodies and lives, and that being well nourished is the key to a life full of meaning and satisfaction. Her mission is for every person to find a sense of peace, power, and home within their bodies and selves.
